是否需要延H4?

請教大家。

I485 PENDING, H4 快到期，剛用AP回美，護照上變成PAROLEE 一年有效. 我知道PAROLEE 也是一種身份。因老公公司隻付他H1 的律師延期費，我想就不辦H4 延期了。我是不是在因小失大？

還有我要是自己辦H4 延期，是否要等老公H1 延期辦下來再辦比較好？

如果H4 過期了一段時間，還可以再辦H4 延期嗎？有一段GAP會有問題嗎？
