請教863211老師和皮匠老師關於RFE的問題

請教863211老師和皮匠老師

485pending很長時間了，中間也換了幾家公司（是140 approved，485又等了6個月後），現在排期終於到了，收到一個RFE。其中一條：

Submit a currently dated and original letter from your permanent employer that specifies date(s) of employment, your current position, proffered wage, job site/location, and that the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist. 

其他都還好說，就是最後這個the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist不知道怎麽解決，現在的公司跟原來公司沒有什麽關係，在不同的州，不同行當，當然我的title, job responsibilities基本相似，不過估計讓現在公司的人事部說terms, conditions跟原來petition一樣不太容易。

想請問老師如果我能讓HR提供一封employment verification letter其他所有點都有，是否可以？如果不夠，再加上job responsibilities是否可以？是不是一定要這句話”the terms and conditions of the employment petition continue to exist." 

還想請問，寫這封EVL, 處理這個RFE還需要注意什麽事情？很著急，請老師多多指點！
