J1 waiver 到底有多難？J1 vs. H4?

人太銼，大家別笑話。現在隻有一個 offer，隻能辦J1。想一咬牙，一跺腳就去了算了，又怕這個 waiver 太折騰，還不知道要等多久才能批，能不能批也是個問題。大家說是 J1 工作，還是先搞成 H4 再慢慢找工作呢？
