請問老師們: 我們現在正準備要寶寶.我們的排期是8月下旬.當前排到4月中. 很難說什麽時候排到...年紀挺大的了也...不想因為這個再推多久.

我的問題是:如果排期到了的話,正好懷孕了...我做了點功課,大概就是先交上材料,然後等移民局的REF...我們是太太是主申請人. 這樣的話,一般得耽誤多長時間, 和體檢完全的比起來?

-USCIS will do the background check and name check after you file I-485, but will not approve the I-485 before your wife provide the complete physical exam report.

第二個問題是:如果REF要拖很久的話,我們可以不可以現在就做體檢,相信一年之內應該能排到了. 可是不知道這樣可行麽?

-Yes, your wife may just do 體檢 first and wait for the 排期. If the 體檢 expires before the 排期到, just file I-485 and do the 體檢 again.
