按照485的介紹如果是 pending or approved I-140的，485根據住址應該寄到Phoenix Lockbox。但是在140的approval notice上寫的mail to this service center.我應該寄到TSC。另外很多帖子都說，你的140是哪裏批的，485就寄哪，有些還是律師告知的。

-Just follow the I-485 Instructions and the USCIS Lockbox will forward your I-485 to the proper center based on your I-140 approval notice/receipt. Either Dallas or Phoenix Lockbox is just responsible for collecting the mail, not porcess it.
