h1b 轉公司

請教諸位大拿，

在下是A公司H1B身份，今年十月到期；B公司現在委托我在北美成立全資公司並負責美國業務，我準備以H1B轉到B公司，但B公司的控股公司在美國才成立，還沒報稅，我的裝換能成功嗎？ 萬一被否，是不是我必須立刻會大陸？
