07/18/2011, Email 收到說485批了，但兩周都沒收到卡。於是給USCIS打電話，說等。給老地址的郵局打電話，說文件已退回USCIS了。四年前file了AR-11， 但不知道還要給USCIS打電話。今天收到的Email如下。這是要全部重來啊，咋回到Initial Review了呢？急啊，大家有過這種經曆嗎？
