-At first you need to file I-130 in US to sponsor your parents' immigration visa applicaiton in China. You need to indicate (select the item) in the I-130 that your parents will apply for the immigreation vis ain China, not file I-485 for adjustment of status in US. If you do not indicate that in I-130, you may need to file I-824 later (this will take you extra time and dealy the process). So, make sure you rI-130 is correctly completed. After the I-130 is approved, USCIS will forward theh approved I-130 to the National Visa Center (NVC) and then, NVC will contact you and send you the instructions and you just follow the NVC instructions to provdie what they need. After NVC finish their job, they will send the approved file to the US Consulate in Guangzhou, then the Consulate will contact your parents for the interview and will ask your parents to provide some documents such as physcial exam record from the authorized Dr. or hospital in China. Normally you are requested to pay all the fee (visa application fee,, etc.) to NVC and thus, your parents do not need to pay it in China.
