Dear Sir/Madam,
 
My name is xxx, born in China. I am currently working for xxx Coporation, xxx,

WA, as a xxxx(your current job position).  This is the same company which I worked for when the application for PERM was sent out on 11/29/2006. 

Here is a brief timeline of my application process:

1.The Priority Date of my family members and mine is xx/xx/xxxx(e,g. 11/29/2006).

2.The I-485 of my family members and mine were received in Month Year e.g. Oct. 2007.

Receipt numbers:

Mine: xxx (name)  receipt No. e.g. LIN-08-001-xxxxx

The current cut-off date of the EB-2 for China born is March 8, 2007(or ther date), which covers my priority date. Thus it is to my understanding that my case is up for approval.

After a long-time waiting, we are eager to receive our green cards so that we can travel outside the United States more conveniently. You can imagine how happy are my family, especially ... (saying sth. about why you wish to get your GC approved ASAP)
