誠懇請教
現在在美F-1 身份，已獲得 US Master學位，正準備交I-140.如果交了 I-140，是否就有了移民傾向?
如果我去Canada several days，再回美時，still use F-1 status, 是否會有麻煩？
美CBP電腦係統是否 find that I already filed I-140?

I remenbered that someone said that only after filing 485 can show immigration intent.

filing I -140 doesn't 移民傾向,

Can I still apply for a F-1 visa in Canada?
