我剛剛了解到這個問題的嚴重性，我1月份申請的AP，一直沒有動靜，3月初離境回中國至今，4月份AP批準，寄到我美國的家中，我能夠讓家人把AP寄給我，然後我用AP入美國境嗎？
-Techincally. no. You had better apply for the H1/h4 visa to come back. But if you do not have a choice, you may just use this AP to come back and hope the CBP office is not so strict. Of course, you have to prepare for the inadmission to enter US if the CBP is tough in this case.
