回複：緊急求助：全家以太太工作申請綠卡，太太女兒6年前就拿到，都已公民。我的今天居然被據。

尚未收到通知書（隻收到email通知），不知為何被拒。請問這種情況被拒的原因可能會是什麽。

-Obviously, your I-485 was filed based on your wife's EB based derivative status (her I-485 and then, her green card status) , so after she became a US citizen, the condition for your I-485 filing did not exist anymore and of course, your I-485 is invalid. That is why your I-485 was denied. 

下一步應該咋辦。我的工作許可是由這個綠卡申請拿的， 會不會要停止工作。

-You can continue to work using the EAD until it expires (not matter to you anyway).

可不可以馬上再以公民spouse的身份另外申請，

-Yes. Your wife file I-130 and your file I-485 concurrently and file I-765 for EAD, I-131 for AP at the same.

還是繼續fight這個case。
