2. For I-94 card, do they need all I-94 cards we used before? or only the last entry into US one?
-Only need to provide the copy of the I-94(s) since your last/latest entry using the non-immigration visa (include all the I-94s you changed/extended your status within US since your last entry, if any).
Since LG go back to China very often and travel a lot. He doesn't keep his I94 card at all (not photocopy). Should he photocopy each I-94 card every time when he come back to the states?
-No. Only the last/latest entry I-94 is needed (see above answer).
3. 485 and EAD can file together, right?
-Yes. You can file I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP together with I-485 filing. EAD/AP application is free (no fee).
In case 485 not approved, Can I still apply for SSN along with the EAD? (even though without 485 approved)?
