請問老師，怎麽回複EB1B的REF, E-mail, 郵寄或是Fax？？？是不是還要寫上我的名字和I-140的收據號碼？
-Your employer needs to respond to the RFE on the letterhead and mail it to USCIS (enclose the copy of the RFE with the response and a copy of the I-140 receipt).
Typical response start like this "This letter is in response to your Request for Evidence (#...) dated on ...concerning the I-140 Immigration Visa Petition on an Outstanding Professor or Researcher (Receipt#...) for Dr. XXX (your name)".
我的EB1B申請被REF，要求公司的銀行賬單，我的老板如果把銀行賬單給移民局了，要是賬上錢不多，是不是我的申請就會被拒？
-The evidence for ability to pay may include your company latest annual report, your latest U.S.tax return, or audited financial statements. and may also include additional evidence, such as profit/loss statements, bank account records, and/or personnel records.
If the RFE just request the bank statement, just provide what the RFE reuqested (you company may have provided the others with the I-140 filing). Your employer may explian the funding in the response letter.
