我的EB1B申請被REF，要求公司提供bank statement。 我的公司是個隻有6個人的高科技小公司，公司沒錢，我每月的工資是從能源部3年100萬項目的funding出的，而且能源部是每月匯錢到公司的。這種情況，我需要怎麽回複移民局的REF呢？如果隻提供能源部每月匯款到公司的銀行證明可以嘛？

-The 能源部3年100萬項目的funding is one of the important proof for the ability to pay. Your employer needs to provide this funding details and any possibility of this funding continuity after this funding ends 3 years later. Or any other funding sources or income can be available for your company, etc.
