uscis update the receive of response

Dear 863211:

USCIS send me email to confirm they have recived my resopese to RFE at the same day when the package was delivered to them.

Now at least for my 140 and 485 RFE, NSC send email immediately (same day) when the packages are there.

Hope this can help later friends.
