公司是個小公司，老板老板娘不知聽到什麽風聲，這幾天忽然來找茬。因為公司條件簡單，管理不完善，平時ld從同事那裏拷貝數據都是用的自己的U盤。老板娘讓領導當著她的麵打開他的U盤，很容易的看到了公司的一兩個文件。老板娘抓住不放，說要找律師告他。老板發信說要谘詢律師，還說不能向美國政府隱瞞不符事實，公司不是用來申
請h1和green card的。言下之意要使壞水，破壞或收回h1和綠卡。
-The question is whether your LD used the data to do something illegally or violate the company regulations/interests. If he just used his personal U 盤 to copy the date and used the data for the company work (not bring/transfer the data out of the company), I don't think it will be a problem. If the boss wants to go to lawsuit, your LD may find a lawyer to prepare for it. Anyway, the boss has to have hard evidences to suit your LD. If your LD think yhis issue is serious, he had better ask a civil case laywer. You may also paste this question to 法律谘詢.
As for the green card, the boss has no right to cancel it after the green card was approved. If he wants to do that, it has to go to lawsuit in the immigration court and it is not easy for the boss to win. So, you do not need to worry about the green card issue at this point.
