夫婦二人09年底海歸，海歸前老公已入籍，老婆隻持有十年綠卡。海歸至今老婆沒回過美國。現在二人決定歸海，老公已找到美國工作，老婆正在找。老婆雖有十年綠卡但離開美國一年半害怕入境時有問題。當時離開美國出境沒有蓋章，但是出入中國境的時候有蓋章，害怕移民官一仔細看時間就有問題。如果移民官沒有看中國的出入境章，問老婆離開多長時間，該怎麽回答，能不能說隻有幾周，
胡說八道後有兩種情況，a.蒙混過關，
-I don't think she can do that sucessfuly and the consequence is very serious.
b.移民官又細看中國的章。b的後果是什麽?會被立刻遣返嗎？以後入境會有問題嗎？
-All are possible.
如果沒被遣返而隻是吊銷綠卡，重新申請有問題嗎？如果當時答問的時候老公也在一起，他該怎麽作答？他胡說八道又有什麽後果。能否他說不清楚情況，一切都是老婆自己在弄。（順便說下，當時很多原因老婆無法定期回美國維持綠卡。否則也不會像現在這麽麻煩）。
-Her green card is invalid if she has no reentry permit and there is not other unavoitable causes which prevent her to return US in time such as serious illness,, natural disaster, etc.
She may actively give up the green card in the US Consulate in China and then, apply for the B2 visa to enter US. Then, she can apply for the green card again using family based category.
