回複：請問140 transfer 和140 amendment 的區別是什麽?

什麽情況下才能辦140 amendment? 我現在的情況是140 approved, 但還沒有遞485。但公司可能要改名字了, 不知道是不是又要從事PERM重新辦起:

-Not need a new PERM, no new advertsiement, and no new recruitment. Just file the I-140 amendment based on the old PERM.
