I now got REF letter for NSC for my NIW 485.
Here is the content:

Such evidence may include, but is not limited to: a currently dated letter from you present employer; copies of recent and/or ongoing publications or research; copies of recent award, grants or fellowships; or other such documentation confirming that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying From I-140 visa petition.
2 Please submit proof of you continous employment aurthorization in the US from aug 24 2008 until aug 23, 2010. Such evidence may include copies of
employment authorization documents ( Forms I-688 or I 766) granted to you by this service.
Form I-797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorization nonimmigrant classification, and /or
Copyies of Form I94 showing you were admitted to the U.S. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status.
Please check whether my planned answer is ok:
1, I will submit
A )employment verification letter from HR of my institute.( only can include start date, salary and title).
B 1) Letter from my supervisor shows I am working in image processing area. ( that is my claimed in my 140 petition.)
B 2) Do I need to ask my supervisor claim my position is permennent? Or renewable based on grant? Seems RFE did not ask for this. Is it ok my supervisor don’t mention it.
C) I may also get a letter from department administrator who is authorized to provide employment letter.
D) my publication covered from I140 petition (Dec 2006) till oct 2010. I don’t have publication this year.
E) I will attach my I140 petition pages to show the area I claimed.
Which letter will be better between my supervisor and department administrator.
2, I can provide copy of ead card to cover that period? Will that be ok ?
I don’t understand what is employment authorization documents ( Forms I-688 or I 766), what is I I766.
