我是follow in上個月遞交了485同時申請了AP，已經收到這個月底打指模的通知，我希望能打完指模就回大陸半年，我的問題是：

1、根據以往經驗，我的情況打完指模後多久可以得到AP？

-Normally 3 months for AP approval. AP is irrlevant to 指模.

或綠卡？

-Background check and name check will take some time. case by case.

2、如果時間很長，我是不是要申請緊急AP，那如何申請緊急AP？

-Bring the AP receipt and the emergency evidences to local office.

需要什麽條件？

-have to have real emergency reasons such as family in China has serious illness, etc.

3、持AP，和緊急AP可以回國多久？

-Same as the regular AP-valid for one year.
