舉例，如果9月1日我的h1b已批準，
那到9月1日到10月1日，不能工作，身份是不是out of status了？
還有如果繼續工作，會有啥後果?
-If your old H1 (non-cap) I-94 is still valid until Oct. 1 or more later, you are legal to stay in US until Oct. 1, and then you can work with the new H1 (no status issue). But if your old H1 I-94 will expires before Oct. 1 and your H1 transfer is approved before Oct.1, your status will have a gap (you will be not lawfully present from the date the H1 transfer approval to Oct. 1). But because this gap is less than 180 days, it will not affect your future GC application.
