回複：Which number is the PERM application Number in PERM document?

The PERM application# (case#, or case reference#) is shown on the PERM filing receipt sent by DOL or got online immediately after online filing. It should be like this: A-XXXXX-YYYYY;  Received: xx/yy/zzzz. You can ask your employer/lawyer to give it to you.
