請問：140 Amendment SI 如果被拒，H1 extension beyond 6 years 還能批準嗎？

請問各位老師，我的perm和140都於2010年在A公司申請，並得到了批準，2011年初A公司）重組成B公司。

 

我的H1b將於2011年9月到期，當務之急是要h1b延期。如果我現在同時file amended 140 Successor-in-interest 及 3-year H1b extension (用已經批準的那個140)。如果amended 140被拒（因為公司遮遮掩掩不願提供一些legal documents）,是否會導致H1b extension也被拒？
