去年歸了。今年2月和5月因國內的公司出差到美國2次，用新申請的B1入的境。這兩天綠卡下來了
有朋友說我的綠卡是無效的：
首先我當初就不應該取得B1簽證（因為485pending,移民傾向），不過因為新的DS-160不像DS-156會問有沒有file immigration visa petition,簽證官也沒問，係統估計也不聯網，所以就沒被拒
-Because USCIS still approved your I-485 even if after you used B1 visa to enter US, your green card is valid unless you use any non-immigration visa to enter US after you got the green card.
另外，就是如果我在485 pending的時候用B類簽證入境了，我的485就應該被拒，不過估計沒聯網的原因所以也沒catch到。

下次入境我應該用綠卡還是B1？
-You have to use the green card to enter US from the date you got it and you can not stay in China for more than one year continuously without reentry permit. Otherwise, your green card will be cancelled automatially.
