在線急等, EAD renew收到補件通知

我的EAD都renew過兩次了，每次都很順利，這次竟然收到一個這樣的補件通知：

we cannot verify that you have an underlying visa petition filed/approved. please submit proof that there is or has been a properly filed underlying visa petition, such as I-140, I-526. If the petition was filed under a different name, please include copies of document to verify the relationship, such as a birth certificate or marriage license.

我的情況是這樣的： 勞工是主申請人，EB2, 我們2007年7月遞交的485，我renew EAD 時，categoy 填寫的是C9, 應該沒錯吧？現在我是不是要交勞工的I-140, I-485的複印件，再加上結婚公證複印件就可以了？ 我的結婚公證書是2001年在國內辦的，還有效嗎？謝謝大家，真是急死我了.
