I will talk to my HR and attorney that if USCIS does not receive my original PERM,my I-140 will never be approved even if my I-140 is regular process.
-If your employer/lawyer filed the PERM application electronically, the PERM approval might be also electronical. So, your employer/lawyer can print it out and then this approval need to be signed by the employer, the agent/representative, and the alien beneficiary prior to submission with the I-140 petition. So, ask your lawyer to contact USCIS to see whether your I-140 filing is completed.
Could you provide the the link of the policy from USCIS. I will forward it to HR.
-DOL will never send anything to USCIS. They approved your PERM applciation and then, your employer need to include this PERM approval in the I-140 filing and this is the rule.
