我太太是在我的I-485 pending以後簽H4簽證來美國的.

後來我丟工作後,她的H4簽證沒法延期,也就沒延期, 到現在已經有一年多了.

現在我的排期當前,並且我今天拿到了卡. 她可以跟進嗎?

-If her has not filed I-485 yet and her status has been out of status/unlawyful present > 180 days, hse can not file I-485 using following to join. She has to wait until you get your US citizenship to file I-130 for her. She can not leave US, otherwise she will be sujected the 10-year bar.

如果她不能跟進,有沒有其它辦法?

-No. She should have left US before her H4 I-94 expired.
