辦EB1A, 律師給我的I-140表part2竟然選了i: NIW，

 G28第一項填的I-140NIW.

我覺得I-140應該選a Alien of Extraordinary Ability。

可是G28應該填什麽呢？

-填 "I-140" in G-28 第一項 "USCIS-List form number (s):".  If you will  also ask the lawyer to file I-485 for you together with I-140 filing,  you need to put "I-140 and I-485" there.

 I-140 AEA ??

-No EB1A or NIW there,  just "I-140,  I-485, etc."  (form number).
