請問母親的綠卡麵試不在 USCIS office而在national benefits center， 這是為何？
本州有兩三個USCIS offices, 不知為何移民局要安排母親在跨越五個州、行程兩千英裏之外的外州進行麵試？這裏麵有什麽講究嗎？
