i-864的第一項我應該選 d：I am the only joint sponsor，還是 c：I am the

firs，second of two joint sponsors.我的情況是我的收入不夠，妻子是我的另外的擔保人。

-Your  "海上美女" (female, right?) and you said your wife is your 另外的擔保人,it is confused.

Anyway, because the beneficial is your mother, "i-864的第一項" you 應該選 "a: I am the petitioner....". and your spouse needs to file the I-864A with your I-864 tiogether because you want to use the whole family income for the support of your mother's GC application.

I-864 的第八項 I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above；我應該選 Yes。 No (Applicable only in cases with two joint sponsors

-Say "Yes". Please note that your spouse is not the joint sponsor. She just signs the contract with USCIS and you by filing I-864A to agree you to use her income to sponsor your mother's GC.

I-864 的第十九項 Citizenship/Residency：我應該選 I am a U.S. citizen 還是I am a U.S. national (for joint sponsors only).

-Say "I am a US citizen".
