Sorry, i do not think i give you a clear question. my situation is that: I will use my EAD to start a new job on July 11th, but my current boss wants to give me one more week pay, he will pay me till July 15th and end my H1B visa up this day. Do you think it is ok there is a few days overlap between H1B and EAD? Thanks.
