3。如需要在國內呆一兩年的，是不是最好辦AP？
-Not AP, but RP (renetry permit). After doing the fingerprinting, they can go back to China and the you can send the RP to them.
在AP辦好之前，能離開美國嗎？如果能，是不是也需要把辦好的AP寄回國內？下次入境的時候要用到嗎？
