1。裏麵提到的 I-751 removing condition 不會和我們有關吧？

2。是不是說，在拿到正式綠卡之前，他們就可以自由返回國內了？

-Yes. After they enter US, they are geen card hodler. The IO will put the green card stamp on the passport at the port of entryand this green card stamp has the same functions as the physical GC.

等綠卡到了再給他們寄回去就可以了？

-Not need it. See above.

3。如需要在國內呆一兩年的，是不是最好辦AP？

-Not AP, but RP (renetry permit). After doing the fingerprinting, they can go back to China and the you can send the RP to them.

在AP辦好之前，能離開美國嗎？如果能，是不是也需要把辦好的AP寄回國內？下次入境的時候要用到嗎？
