USCIS 通常會按照memo來處理， 隻要不是revoked by USCIS due to fraud or misrepresation. I can keep my old PD even previous employer revoke I140 to punish me joining competitor.

could I argue this with the attorney for company?? thanks a lot your help in holiday night?
