I got EAD based on BA1A, can I change my job right after i got EAD, and can I change to any job?

-No if you are the primary EB1A applicant. You have to work in the same/similar area as the one you indicated in the EB1A I-140 in this case. If you are the dependent, you are OK to work in any job.
