今天剛收到I-140補件的Deny的信，說是公司2001年的稅上的不夠！我們之前補件的時候已經做了說明。而且2001年這都差了10年了，為什麽呀？若我們上訴還有希望嗎？叩謝了！這移民之路看來要走上絕路了！傷心，絕望，因為我們都已經來了13年了，看看我們兩口子是不是特別笨呀！
-Based on the immigration law, the sponsor only needs to prove the ability to pay from the date when the PERM is filed to the date when the I-485 is approved. So, if your PERM was filed after 2001, your employer/sponsor should not need to provide the company's financial document for your case. Then, you may talk to the lawyer to file I-140 Motion to Reopen/Reconsideration or file Appealing.
