回複：現有兩個H-1B sponsored by same boss，該怎麽用最保守？

一個H-1B有效期是：08/09/2010 to 10/14/2012,

最新的（另一個）H-1B (part-time)有效期是：08/09/2010 to 9/30/2011.

我可以不用這個新批的H-1B嗎？

舊的H-1B是不是就是自動作廢了？

-No if the employer does not cancel it. As long as you still work for the sponsor in the full-time based employment, your H1 status is fine. You actually do not need to do anything. If you do H1 transfer in the future, just provide the copy of the full-time H1 approval notice and the I-94 and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs and you will be fine.

用這個新批的H-1B在這麽短的時間裏找到工作是不太現實的（不是不可能）。用回舊的H-1B的話，時間會充裕一點
