我們的485已經PENDING將近6個月了(NSC處理,EB1B, 140去年批的),今天去做INFOPASS ---得知name check is still pending(將近6個月), 我們可以怎麽催呢?

-Name check is conducted by FBI and no one can do anything about it. But based on the  recent immigration regulations, Name Check is not required for I-485 approval if the I-485 is pending >180 days.

You may file a lawsuit to the immigration court to suit USCIS if your I-485 pending is too long.
