just go to BOA and ask for wire transfer. you'll need the Chinese bank account holder name, account number, possible account branch address, and bank SWIFT code (ask Chinese bank for it), cost is 45USD charged by BOA and a smaller amount by Chinese bank. Chinese bank will convert USD to RMB --- Do not covert at BOA.
