如果公司的名字隻是稍有變動，可不可以先打廣告，在以後的 PERM 或I-140 的時候作個AMENDMENT 來解釋一下公司收購和變名的情況？

(急著辦EB-2的原因是公司如果被收購後，新管理層一定會把剛漲上的工資砍下去，甚至解雇一些人，時間不由得人等)
-如果在公司被收購後, the salary will be reduced below the prevail wage level or your LD will be laid off, then the EB2 I-140 is useless. So it sill does not matter to do the EB2 sooner or later.
