-Not need this information for your response to the I-485 RFE because you had changed job. You only need an employemnt verifcation letter from your current employer showing you are working in the same/similar areabased on the requirement of the RFE:
"Important: if you have changed employers since filing your application for adjustment and wish to use the provisions of the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act of 2000 (AC21), the letter shall be issued by the new intended permanent employer. This letter must specify the job title and duties of the proffered position, the minimum educational and/or training requirements, the date you actually began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter must be issued by an appropriate authority within the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of employment."
不過沒有fileAR11。
-You need to file AR-11 when you change your living address because it is required by law and it is not related to your I-485.
