2，如果不轉成其他身份，180天內交H1B transfer, 有無可能被否?回國簽證風險有多大?

- H1B is "the property" of employer, your OOS may not affect the employer's right to get the H-1B approved, however, your extension of status will be rejected shown as "no I-94 on I-797B approval notice".

3， 轉F-1身份還是B身份容易，風險小?

- Less risk if you change your status to F-1.
