因為國內有事要急於回國，但已經遞交485並收到Receipt Notice（I-797），無奈隻好等待，想明確下我什麽情況下可以離美？

-You have to get the AP before you laeve US. Otherwise, you may have big trouble. If you are in emergency, you just go to the local office to apply for the emergency AP. 

是不是我打了指模就可以離美回國等？AP和綠卡讓家人寄回國，回美時持綠卡入境就行了？謝謝。
