She used AP to enter US and got the parolee I-94 (parolee status), and she is still unqualified to apply for the Federal financial aid because her Parolee is less than one year ( I guess). That is the reason I want to swith her back from AOS to H4 because we can travel without any problem at H4 with Canadian passport. Do you think it is worth?

By the way, her H4 will be expired at her 21 year old?
