請問父母申請綠卡的照片

I-130 instruction上講要30天內拍的護照型照片,但沒有說可以不可以染頭.父母的頭發早就花白,可是想綠卡上麵看的精神些,想染成黑發後再拍照片,這樣可以嗎? 謝謝先...
