老婆 9月份要回國上班。事先沒有想到排期加速。
問題1. 排期到後，老婆以什麽身份在美國一個月。
-You say she ahs H4, don't you? Then, H4 if she files I-485 in US before she leaves US.
問題2. 有什麽其它方法嗎？可以在美國速遞I485 follow to join （什麽材料都沒有準備，沒體檢。沒指紋，不知到1485 follow join 要什麽材料）。
-She can do the physical exam now which can be valid for one year. She can come back to US for the fingerprinting when you receive the biometric appointment notice for her.
然後再I-842 去廣州。？？
-If she files I-485 in US, not need to file I-824. If she wants to apply for the immigration visa in China, then file the I-824, not file I-485.
