聽說如果父母overstay沒有超過180天，也還可以申請AP，是這樣的嗎？沒有找到相關文件。謝謝。

-Your parents can apply for the AP when filing I-485, but they can not use AP to travel if they overstay 超過180天. Otherwise, they will be subjected to 3- or 10-year bar if they leave US before they get the green card.
