母親盡快回中國去，不黑下來。等到兒子明年一切順利拿到公民。可以給母親申請綠卡，（但是母親那個時候在中國），母親的綠卡申請回比她人在美國申請時候慢很多。TRUE OR FALSE?

而且兒子不可能給在中國的母親申請回美證。TRUE OR FALSE?
