My PD is 02/2007. My EB3 I-140 was apporved on 01/2008. My new I-140 premium(EB2) was submitted 15 days ago(I have not gotten any meesages from USCIS and HR)
Questions: How do I inner link my I-485 to my new I-140(EB2)? call,email,or letter? Please provide me some information.
-You have to wait for the Eb2 I-140 approval and then, write letter to ask I-485 relink/transfer. Then, follow up from time to time to make sure the relink is done by calling or visiting local office.
