I-824批準兩月無消息，我該怎末辦？

我的綠卡去年批準，今年4月我的配偶的I 824批準，看以前的帖子，NVC會和我聯係，但是兩個月都過去了，毫無音信。我該怎末辦？請問那裏可以查詢？是否請一個律師會快一些：可以去催一催NVC?
